My name is Tinuola Fagbemigun, a passionate early childhood educator, entrepreneur, and childcare provider based in Edmonton, Alberta. I am the owner and operator of a nurturing family dayhome, dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
With a strong educational background and a postgraduate Master’s degree in Project Management, I bring professionalism, structure, and intentional planning into the daily operations of my childcare program. My experience as an educator and children’s program leader has helped me develop a deep understanding of children’s developmental needs and learning styles.
My dayhome program focuses on Flight Framework and Play Based inspired learning, encouraging children to explore, discover, and develop independence through meaningful hands-on activities. Each day includes structured learning opportunities such as:
Circle time and storytelling
Early literacy and numeracy activities
Theme-based Art and creative expression
Sensory and hands-on play
Body movement and Dance
Outdoor play and physical development
Social-emotional learning and teamwork
I am passionate about nurturing the whole child intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically. My goal is to create a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and confident to learn.
In addition to childcare, I have experience working with children through church children’s programs, educational initiatives, and family-focused community activities, which has strengthened my ability to support children from diverse backgrounds.
I strongly believe that parents and caregivers are partners in a child’s development, and I strive to maintain open communication with families while supporting each child’s unique learning journey.
My mission is to provide high-quality, reliable childcare where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn every day.
