  2. Complete the Parent Registration Form (available online or in-person).
  3. We’ll match you with an available licensed day home near your location.
  4. Schedule a visit to meet your provider and confirm placement.
  5. Submit all required documentation and start your child’s journey!

  2. Attend an orientation session with our agency coordinator.
  3. Submit background checks, references, and safety certifications.
  4. Prepare your home for inspection and meet Alberta licensing standards.
  5. Join our network and receive ongoing support and training.

  1. Submit Application – Fill out the provider form with your details and experience.

  2. Initial Interview – Discuss your childcare background and home setup.

  3. Home Inspection – We assess your home for safety and compliance.

  4. Orientation & Training – Complete your childcare and safety training.

  5. Licensing Approval – Receive your official day home provider license.

  6. Ongoing Support – Get continuous guidance and professional growth.
